Overview

Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church offers a variety of halls for rent suitable for concerts, meetings, events, and movie shoots. Conveniently located near Yonge and Major Mackenzie in downtown Richmond Hill, RHPC is easily accessible by transit and vehicle, with onsite parking for 70 cars and additional municipal parking a short walk away. Rooms available are wheelchair accessible and  have seating capacity ranging from 10 to 220 people. A kitchen is also available.

 

Liability Insurance

All bookings in the church must have their own liability insurance coverage.

 

Sanctuary

Rental Rate:  $125.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum booking

Seating Capacity:  220 (using the balcony as well)

Location: Half a floor above ground level.  Lift is available.

 

Wallace Hall

Rental Rate:  $120.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum booking

Room Dimensions:  50 ‘ X 40’

Seating Capacity:  200 in chairs; 160 with tables

Chairs and 7’ rectangular tables are provided.

Full use of adjacent kitchen:  $150.00

Light Kitchen use:  $50.00

Location:  On the ground floor with washrooms

 

Miles Hall

Rental Rate:  $50.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum booking

Room dimensions: 38’ X 38’

Seating capacity:  100 in chairs

Location: One half floor below ground level with washrooms

Chairs are provided

Lift is available.

 

Fellowship Room

Rental Rate:  $60.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum booking

Seating capacity:  Boardroom table, 12 large chairs, 10 smaller

Location:  Main floor

 

Parking Lot

Parking capacity:  70 cars
