Passage: Deuteronomy 8:7-18, Luke 17:11-19
Good Morning Everyone:  Looks like it's shaping up to be a fine day with Fall colours on every side to brighten up our day.  Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families.  I know that due to suggested restrictions some of you will not be celebrating Thanksgiving as you normally would.  On the other hand there may be others who usually celebrate alone. To all of you I say - we are joined in Spirit this harvest with the saints of all times and places. In your prayers please remember to give thanks for each other. Canadian Thanksgiving, I am glad to say, still follows a pattern of gratitude for harvests that is as ancient as the human practice of agriculture.  We merely stand at the head of a great procession of generations united in thanksgiving for the generous provision of the Earth and the Great Creator. Let all things now living a song of thanksgiving to God our Creator triumphantly raise!  [Hymn 338]
Peace be with you, Duncan
