A lecture-concert celebrating the legendary singer-songwriter in words and music. Featuring Jill Daley.
Dr. Mike Daley, a renowned musicologist, musician, and public speaker, presents a lecture/concert on the music and history of Leonard Cohen on Sunday, April 23 at 3:00 pm. With Jill Daley on piano and violin, Mike will perform Cohen’s most classic songs including “Hallelujah,” “Suzanne” and “Dance Me To The End Of Love” and tell the story of his life and career.
Mike is known across the GTA for his highly entertaining and informative talks on popular music history. Accomplished on both piano and violin, Jill Daley is a full-time musician at Canada’s National Ballet School.
General admission tickets are $28.00 plus HST and fees. Tickets may be available at the door; $40.00, cash only.
